Wealth Manager - Bank (8-16 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Majorly work with HNI clients
- Deal with Channel Partners on regular basis.
- Implementing the Wealth and Premier strategy and achieving key performance indicators on schedule.
- Leading and creating the customer first culture by providing coaching, guidance, technical expertise and regulatory supervision to the team.
- Working with Branch Manager and the Mortgage Team to maximize Premier and Premier aspirant opportunities with customers being served by appropriate RMs, in line with strategy.
- Managing a team of Premier Relationship Managers.
- Working with commercial banking RMs to generate leads and opportunities.
- Accountable for compliance, sales quality and Professional Standards of the team.
- Appointing, engage and quip, all sales channels (including Premier Managers) with appropriate training, tools and strategy development.
