Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high net worth clients.


Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients' individual needs and objectives, including retirement planning, estate planning, and tax optimization.


Investment Management: Provide expert investment advice and manage client portfolios, ensuring alignment with their risk tolerance and investment goals.


Portfolio Analysis: Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance analysis, providing clients with clear and insightful reports.


New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base through referrals and networking.


Market Research & Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, economic conditions, and investment opportunities, providing clients with timely and relevant insights.


Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies, managing risk effectively.


Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including investment research, legal, and compliance, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.


Qualifications:


Experience: 4-8 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or related financial services.


Education: MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in finance, business administration, or related field from a reputed institution is preferred.


Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or equivalent are highly desirable.


Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies.


Client Relationship Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high net worth clients.


Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.


Sales & Business Development: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.


Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.


Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using financial planning software and CRM systems.
