Requirements :

- Preferably 5+ years of experience in selling financial products

- Experience in banks, securities, or wealth management firms

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong client network

- Cultivating a relationship and understanding their financial needs

- Recommending products from the Wealthy platform

Compensation Structure :

- Hit revenue of 2x your CTC. After that, take home 50% of any additional revenue as incentive.

- No product quotas, incentive docking, T&C, or surprises.
