Wealth Compliance Job Description : 1) Having good working knowledge of Distribution businesses like Mutual Funds, AIF, PMS etc. 2) PMS, AIF and other wealth products and the associated compliances 3) Experience of handling compliances of NRI business, overseas branches and subsidiaries. 4) Compliances and product structuring under Investment Advisor and Research regulations 5) Keep track of implementation of circulars and put in place automated systems in place for compliance functions. 6) Monitoring compliances at various functions on sample basis. 7) Knowledge of commodity derivatives exchanges, PMLA related activities would be an added advantage. 8) in addition to above the person has to provide support for compliances of Stock Broking business. Responsibility and skills required : - Must be able to independently Implement new projects and business propositions in a time bound manner - Guide the teams on the regulatory requirement / framework around the new business - Must have strong drafting and good communication skills for interaction / meeting with internal stakeholders, auditors, Regulators, Lawyers, Consulting firms. - Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines in a fast paced environment.
