Wealden - Business Development Executive/Manager

Job Description

We are looking for experienced and resourceful Business Development Executives to fast-track growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We- re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organisations. Most importantly, we- re looking for a leader who understands how to leverage multiple data streams available in the market and build a strong, well-researched pipeline.

This role is open at both our locations in Hyderabad (India) and Mumbai (India).

Applicants must have the following attributes -

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients

- Experience in project management and/or sales

- Knowledge of productivity tools and software

- High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making

- Successful applicants should also be willing to travel locally and internationally if required

As a business development executive at Wealden, you will be holding the following responsibilities -

- Contribute to the sales process to attract new clients

- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks

- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively

- Research and identify new market opportunities

- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential customers

- Foster a collaborative environment within the organisation
