Role:

- Intrapreneurial role. You will be a part of the leadership team and involved in running and growing the venture. This will be suited for (and only for) someone who loves entrepreneurship and is ready to accept the challenges that it brings along.

- Head of Delivery to lead the delivery of services. You will be expected to be hands on either working on the solutions or managing the team working on it.

- Engagements with the client will be similar to what a practicing CA, CS and lawyer work on.

- Interact with the client, understand their requirements, coordinate with them and deliver the service

- Build the team for the long run

Profile:

- Entrepreneurial mindset

- 5-10 years of experience. Practicing on your own or as a part of a CA firm scores you brownie point.

- Excellent academic records

- Good at communication and team management
