About the Role: - Overseeing and managing the entire compliance &amp; legal functions while working directly with the leadership team - Providing advice to the leadership team on general corporate matters, regulatory regime, and changes in laws applicable to the organization - Managing the regulatory aspects of the company's business and proactively advising the leadership team on potential risks and risk mitigation strategies - Working together with regulators to build robust processes and frameworks around AML &amp; KYC compliance, crypto regulations and other regulatory requirements - Develop, create and maintain policies and processes for overall legal, regulatory and compliance. - Hiring legal and compliance resources as and when required About You: - 12-18 years experience post qualification in reputed law firms or in-house with relevant sectoral experience - Experience in the financial services sector, especially in crypto is highly preferred. - Should be abreast with all the applicable statutes and laws - Strong organizational, interpersonal &amp; people management skills - Ability to work effectively with the senior management team - Excellent research &amp; analytical skills - Ability to exercise judgment and discretion to opine on legal issues effectively
