WayCool - Manager - Digital & Performance Marketing (5-8 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Drive & implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Product).

- Analyse campaign performance against objectives, and take actions to maximize return on ad-spend (on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google UAC, Google Search, YouTube etc).

- Track attribution for multiple channels, LTV of users acquired through these channels, and provide insights to create OUTGROW digital strategy.

- Analyse digital marketing analytics reports and develop optimization plans.

- Cultivate marketing strategies targeted at driving traffic, engagement, generating leads delivering sales and building brand awareness.

- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.

- Thorough understanding of product-focused content and messaging to tell meaningful stories about the benefits and customer pain points through innovative and unique campaigns.

- Liaise with Product and Marketing departments to stay updated on new products and features.

- Design and execute a well-thought through SEO strategy both on-page and off-page.

- Track & draw insights from promotional based sales trends and plug gaps wherever required

Qualifications & Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in digital & performance marketing

- Should have data-driven decision making and data interpretation skills.

- Should have experience with the retention marketing channels (Email, Push, SMS, In-app, WhatsApp & social media).

- Driving digital marketing strategy & campaigns across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, Email, Mobile, Product).

- Drive engagement & app downloads through video content on channels (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)

- Detailed understanding of online marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, etc), Social media platforms, attribution tools.

- Strong analytical background and ability to critically analyse and leverage performance data to measure and optimize campaign performance.

Additional Information:

- Ready to adapt to the pace of the organisation & the amount of responsibilities

- Eager to work in a fast-paced work environment.

- Proficient in any regional language (Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Marathi & Hindi) is an advantage
