Role description :
- Regional support and account management for direct and indirect business.
- Support and track the execution of the mix through the most effective channel strategy, tactically planning and balancing owned media (website, social media, instore display) and traditional and digital media (social media, PR, events, ALT, BTL,.)
- Champion consumer research and support concept generation based on its insights
- Leverage internal expertise and market experience in launching similar products to share key learnings and dos and donts.
- Mapping competitive activity, understanding the potential challenges and responding with alternative way of communication.
- Support for the development of all marketing assets for new product launches including branding, positioning, packaging, website content and marketing communications (sales training materials, videos, social media, advertising etc) for successful market launches in a different parts of India.
- Develop new propositions and marketing approaches which will differentiate local products from the competition and grow brand awareness, customer consideration, adoption and market share
- Support the definition of the marketing plan for new and existing consumer leveraging market research insights
- Understand the complete customer experience and help designing the end to end lifecycle at all stages and touch points (preusage, purchase, after sales)
- Define and forecast campaigns impact and KPIs., in order to analyse, track progresses and optimise against them.
- Participate in the Annual Strategy and Budgeting process giving clear market direction.
- Build and run the marketing function independently
- Manage the marketing budget across India allocating key spends to best ROI opportunities
