Waycool Foods - Head - Sales - Dairy Segment

Position - Head of Sales - Karnataka

Location - Bangalore

Key responsibilities will be as follows.

1. Put in place distribution network in the assigned cities/towns.

2. Coordinate with logistics team to ensure that milk/products are delivered on time and cash is fully collected.

3. Ensures that crates are rotated on daily basis from market to plant.

4. Coordinate with plant to place indent on time.

5. You will manage 3 to 5 ASMs/Sales Executives and you have to drive them to achieve the target.

6. Coordinate with marketing team to ensure branding is done as per the company policy.

7. Manage the product recall or return as per company policy.

8. You will be responsible for sales in MT/GT and dairy distribution channel

9. You must have at least 8 years of sales/distribution experience in liquid milk segment in Karnataka.
