The candidate would get an exposure to organization wide initiatives across different business lines and functions and get to learn about WaterHealth's international operations and play a role in its further development.  Duties :  - The Regional Head will be responsible for end to end operations of the BU.  - He/She would also be responsible for ensuring that each team member meet individual goals and the overall sales goal of the company.  - He / She would also be responsible for the BU P&L in his / her region.  - Initiating, nurturing and sustaining business relationships with key clients in Corporate and Hospitality segment would be one of the key responsibility.
