Roles and Responsibilities: - Work on projects of critical nature related to development of corporate strategy, market expansion strategy, market penetration strategy, performance improvement etc. (as directed by the COO). - Prepare in-depth comprehensive Minutes of the Meeting (MoMs) on business strategy, GTM (Go To Market) strategy, competitive analysis, etc. for various BUs (Business Units) as per the tiered review calendar mechanism. - Assist in monitoring the progress of all open tasks across Business Units/Functions and driving them to fruition. - Take ownership of the Task management System (TMS) for monitoring tasks and their day to day progress. - Analyze data to draw insights from day to day Business cases as instructed by the COO. - Evaluate and incorporate the best practices of Social Media strategies into the various Social Media handles of WHIN. - Develop presentations for internal (COO) and external stakeholders. (investors, customers, etc.) - Create business requirement documents for specific software development by the in-house IT team and conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing). - Support top management in participating in external &amp; internal forums such as town halls, conferences, etc. by preparing various presentations. Personal attributes :&nbsp; - Extremely strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills and fast learning curve. - Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing capability along with ability to withstand pressure. - Enthusiasm towards continuous learning, self-development and sincerity in putting extra effort. - Takes ownership of the assignment and delivers without reminders/follow-ups. - Eagerness and agility to thrive in a highly dynamic environment. - Team player who collaborates with team and several stakeholders across different entities. - High level of attention to detail, with an ability to discern the larger picture. - Very strong in numbers and finances (preferable in case she has knowledge of shares/MFs/stocks). - Excellent written and verbal skills in English. - Tech savvy and adaptability to absorb new software/IT applications.
