WaterHealth India (WHIN) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Water Health International, a Company that aims at providing scalable, safe drinking water solutions to underserved areas in India through advanced technology and innovative business models. Headquartered in Irvine, USA, WaterHealth International (holding Company of WHIN) runs operations worldwide including Ghana, Nigeria and India. WHIN came into the existence in 2006 with a vision to provide safe, scalable and affordable drinking water to the underserved communities across India. In twelve (12) years of its operation WHIN is successfully running over 500 WaterHealth Centers (WHCs) across five (5) states of India covering Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Gujarat, Karnataka and Delhi along with running over 300 Water Vending Machines (WVMs) across thirteen (13) railway clusters, several Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) and Institutions pan India providing access to safe water to over five (5) million people. WHI runs similar operations in Ghana and Nigeria.

The incumbent would be responsible for identifying new potential partners and closure for the partnership plans.

Roles & Responsibilities are as indicated below.

1. Research the water and the social sector space in India to shortlist areas and partners for proposed partnerships.

2. Identify new growth opportunities for WaterHealth both through organic and inorganic pursuits.

3. Laydown the structure for executing such partnerships i.e. identification, negotiation and closure including term sheets and long-term contracts.

4. Enter into proposed partnerships with the selected player(s) and develop a shared vision for the partnership.

5. Develop a plan with relevant internal stakeholders to operationalize and execute the proposed partnership plan.

6. Build strong relationships with such alliance and strategic partners. Expand and increase the breadth and depth of the relationship over time.

7. Measure and report on the program deliverables periodically; also make improvements to the program construct based on actual learnings.
