Headquartered in Irvine, USA, WaterHealth International runs operations worldwide i.e. Ghana, Nigeria, and India. WHI was incorporated in 2006 with a vision to provide safe, scalable and affordable drinking water to the underserved communities across the world. In ten (10) years of its operation, WHI has successfully installed and is running over 500 WaterHealth Centers (WHCs) across the world providing access to safe water to over five (5) million people. The Incumbent would be responsible to handle Service Operation of all the WHCs/WVMs in a zone. Reduction in operations expenditure and maintaining MTTR and uptime would be his prime responsibility. The prospective candidate shall also function as the Consumer Relations head who strategizes and implements the CRM processes at Water Health India Pvt. Ltd. (WHIN) for all stakeholders. He/She is the driving force for the Consumer Relations team in ensuring that the proper process and systems are put in place as per the business requirement. The services rendered by the CRM team should meet/exceed the expectations of both the internal and external customers of WHIN. He/She is responsible to drive and add value to the overall business and profitability of all the Business Units (BUs) of WHIN. Areas of Responsibility 1. Ensure trouble-free operations of all product lines across the globe and evolve field solutions to respond to complaints including breakdowns 2. Conduct service audits, ensure maintenance of records, documentation, check water quality and adherence to operating procedures 3. Manage inventory, spares, and consumables. 4. Mentor and coach the second level to take care of the end to end responsibility. 5. Implement all processes and policies related to operations of all product lines. 6. Ensure cost optimization across BUs related to Operations. 7. Develop and evolve CRM for all customer-facing functions. 8. Create BRS and Change requests for various consumer-facing IT applications for all BUs. 9. Track and report all Water Health Centres (WHCs) considered as Active and ensure that all of them are operational. 10. Drive operational KPIs like MTTR, SLA adherence to Seva (internal call center) trouble tickets. 11. Implement all processes and policies related to CRM. 12. Manage all documents related to CRM, ensure they are current to business needs and requirements. Functional Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience preferably in water treatment, Customer service organizations. Superspeciality: Must have experience in Operation and Maintenance of Water Treatment Plants, Electrical & Mechanical equipment
