Roles and Responsibilities: - Drafting the Contracts. - Responsible for resolving litigation matters filed by/against the Company. - Resolving the ongoing legal and compliance related issues. - Advice and instruct the legal team for smooth function. - Responsible for resolving field related issues. - Responsible for resolving civil and criminal cases filed by/against the Company. - Responsible for executing revised agreements with the Panchayats. - Responsible for resolving the issues pertaining to the regulatory body i.e Food Safety, etc. - Responsible for handling the Legal compliance management, Arbitration, Alternative dispute resolution, Industrial Law, Corporate Law, Litigations and Anti-Trust Law.
