Role - - We are looking to hire an Associate for a full-time position based out of Delhi. The role will provide a significant amount of hands-on exposure to the world of startups, along with an opportunity to work with several high quality entrepreneurs & teams. Key responsibilities & opportunities - - Active role in helping portfolio companies to scale and build their business. This will include driving strategic, analytical, recruiting and other priorities. - Focus on competitive and industry developments for portfolio companies - Assistance in evaluating new investment opportunities and generating emerging sector-related ideas - Helping write fund philosophy and thought leadership articles Requirements - - 2-5 years of work experience in operations, investment banking, consulting or institutional investing. - Strong curiosity for, inclination towards & aptitude for technology - Analytically oriented with excellent written and oral communication - Ability to work in a small team, must be a self-starter with high levels of initiative & drive
