Job Title: Team Lead - Public Policy

Experience Required : 5- 10 years

Key Skill set required:

- Post graduate from TISS/ IIM/ IIT/ MBA

- Analytical Skills, 25% Travel

- Team Management Skills

- Good MS Office skills

- Attention to detail

Job Details:

1. Public policy is the process of helping communities come together to meet complex challenges in areas including health, education, housing, poverty, economic growth, natural resources and the environment.

2. Public policy is made by governments, and involves determining public investments, creating rules, establishing services and security, regulating markets and businesses and deciding to how to allocate benefits and costs among citizens.

3. In this role you are required to design surveys to assess impact of schemes. This often involves modeling the current situation into the future and modifying variables to assess the impact of changes

4. Manager a team of 10 Analysts

5. Evaluate the potential impact of changing government policies

6. Prepare reports based on your thorough analysis of data & submit to client

7. Serve as a strategic advisor and leader for public policy position
