MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Have a Bachelor degree in Business or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 1-3 years- experience preferable in Warehousing role of the agrochemical company
- Be familiar with warehousing recordkeeping computer software.
- Be skilled on Excel, Microsoft Word.
- Have the ability to write reports, business correspondence, intra-company memos and outside correspondence.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Direct and motivate teammates.
- Coordinate the investigation of unsafe conditions through the application of company safety standards.
- Maintain a safe facility, including managing the sanitation program, in accordance with company and governmental standards.
- Facilitate communication throughout the management team and between teammates and management.
- Provide training as needed to maintain an efficient and knowledgeable workforce.
- Enforce general company policies and issue coaching / disciplinary documentation to teammates.
- Work with Transportation Manager to resolve issues between warehousing and distribution.
- Plan, assign and direct work; address complaints and resolve problems.
- Comply effectively with company work and safety rules.
- Follow directions.
- Work independently and in a team environment.
