Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Hyderabad & Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, order processing, dispatch, and returns.

- Manage and mentor warehouse staff, including supervisors, pickers, packers, loaders, and logistics coordinators.

- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

- Implement and monitor SOPs to drive process efficiency and reduce operational costs.

- Leverage WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and data analytics to optimize layout, picking strategies, and throughput.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement, last-mile delivery, and demand planning.

- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct periodic audits to ensure inventory integrity.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor laws applicable to warehouse operations.

- Manage 3PL partners, transportation vendors, and monitor SLAs for inbound and outbound logistics.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for key operational KPIs and MIS dashboards.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. MBA preferred.

- 10+ years of proven experience in warehouse or distribution center management, preferably in e-commerce, FMCG, or food logistics.

- Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory control techniques, and data-driven decision-making.

- Proficient in Excel and ERP tools; experience with automation or robotics is a plus.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
