Warehouse Head - Cold Chain/FMCG/eCommerce

Cold Chain_Warehouse Head (Consulting role)

Objective:

The Warehouse Head will be part of the core team and will work directly with the founder. Will be primarily responsible for setting up and managing cold storage operations for the organization.

Will be responsible for :

1. Operating system- work with service partners to improve existing standards through implementing SOPs, developing KPIs, deploying employee training and incentives, and implementing technology solutions

2. Day-to-day operations management

3. Continuous improvement.

Required skills / competencies / experience :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience of managing warehouse operations with reputed companies preferably in cold chain, FMCG or e-commerce.

- The candidate should be comfortable using technology solutions (WMS, TMS, smart tech) and be aware of best-in-class operations practices

- Excellent communication and people management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
