Position: Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic candidate for Performance Marketing to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing campaigns. This role involves driving marketing activities across various channels, managing marketing automation, and leveraging data to make informed decisions.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Digital Marketing and Platform Expertise:

- Manage campaigns on digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads.

- Oversee web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

2. Customer Lifecycle Management:

- Define cohorts and execute end- to- end customer lifecycle journeys including onboarding, cross- sell, engagement, and reactivation.

3. Marketing Automation and CRM Management:

- Hands- on experience with marketing automation/CRM platforms. Manage channels like SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Push, and Dashboard nudges.

4. Lead Generation and Growth Strategy:

- Drive lead generation through account- based marketing campaigns. Evaluate emerging technology and brainstorm creative ideas for growth strategies.

5. Customer Engagement and Activation:

- Develop creative concepts to engage active and activate dormant customers.

6. Cross- Functional Team Coordination:

- Collaborate with content, UX, product, and business teams to drive Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM).

7. Analytics and Reporting:

- Create comprehensive dashboards and reports for a 360- degree view of all marketing channels and campaign performance.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

- Master's degree from a reputed college.

- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, specifically in executing customer life cycle journeys.

- Highly analytical with the ability to derive insights and narratives from data.

- Tech- savvy with strong problem- solving skills and a passion for growth and success.

- Proficient in writing email, SMS, and campaign landing page copies.

- Good understanding of marketing tools like Google Ads, FB Ads Manager, Google - Analytics, Data Studio.

- Highly creative with strong analytical skills and data- driven thinking.

- Excellent project management skills, able to work on multiple projects and coordinate with various stakeholders for timely deliveries.
