The International eCommerce product management team at Walmart Labs, Bengaluru, is focused on leading Walmart omni-channel businesses in Mexico and Canada, ASDA and George in UK and Cross Border Trade across geographies. The goal is to create an A-team of Product Managers who will take Walmart into the future. Your Opportunity

eCommerce is a top priority and growth area for Walmart, all set to further accelerate with growing internet penetration and smartphone adoption. Specifically, international markets like ASDA (in the UK), Walmart Canada and Walmart Mexico provide a uniquely strategic and time sensitive opportunity for Walmart eCommerce to gain a substantial lead over competition. You can be a part of this high-growth, massive-scale, fast-paced environment, building continuous, seamless, omni-channel customer experiences across physical stores, eCommerce and mobile commerce, unique to Walmart. As a part of a newly setup and rapidly growing International product management team, you will work on some of the most challenging global customer problems, manage a wide variety of Walmart brands covering grocery, general merchandize and membership-clubs.

Your Responsibility

- You will have to define the roadmap for your product for multiple business functions within International e-commerce / brick & mortal retail

- You will use customer & market research, customer and user feedback, customer usage and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhancements

- You will have to partner and collaborate with stakeholders from multiple teams like Operations,

- Business, Data Science, Engineering, QA, UX etc across numerous business units across countries and teams, frequently traveling to build customer closeness and stakeholder relationships

- You will have to define, track and improve key product metrics

- You will have to work effectively in Agile software development methodology and lead the entire team to successfully deliver product goals.

- You hold a bachelor's / Masters or an equivalent degree, preferably in engineering or management

- You come with 6+ years of software product / application development or Business consulting experience, with at least 2 years in product management

- Experience in eCommerce / Retail domain is a plus
