Indirect tax Compliance : Ensure over all compliance with Indirect Tax laws (VAT, Entry tax, WCT, Service Tax and Customs and Excise) in terms of ascertainment, deposition of tax liability along with Return Filings and statutory Forms.

To handle the litigation support : To handle tax assessments, litigations at various appellate levels like Commissioner (Appeals), Tax Tribunals, State High Courts and Supreme Court of India

- To ensure timely reporting of assessments, appeals and other verification/enquiries on a regular basis including timely preparation and submission of control trackers and updates

Indirect tax controllership : Ensure adherence to accounting policies, principles & directives and procedures

- To exercise control over the tax balances and accounting in order to ensure correct & accurate accounting and timely recording of the tax transactions & entries

- Timely closure of activities relating to compliance and accounting with ensuring the adequate checks and balances to control accuracy

- Ensuring the periodical compiled reporting of deliverables along exceptions reporting
