- Maintain and improve efficiency of infrastructure across clubs, monitor operational cost and find ways to improve the same. Lead sustainability initiatives and implement life cycle cost principal.
- Formulate, develop and implement strategies to source quality Fixtures & Equipment's with minimum capex levels to ensure better return on investment.
Facility Management :
- Creates and oversees a strategic vision for facilities management to meet business needs by aligning strategies with RE, operations, finance, compliance and licensing.
- Oversees facilities management budgets for all WMI facilities, by obtaining and gaining executive approval for capital budget and maintenance and repair budget.
- Oversees facilities management activities and services for company assets by ensuring activities support ongoing business and standards.
