Responsibilities : - Provide Organizational Leadership - Implementing Strategic Training Opportunities for 1000+ Employees. - Evaluate Organizational Training Requirements - Work with Subject Matter Experts/Senior Leadership to Design Solutions. - Driving New Hire /Refresher Training across the organization - Customer care - Retail sales team - Delivery team (Logistics team) - Assembly team (Carpenter) - Designing e-Learning Courses, Developing/Implementing Learning Strategies and Methodologies through On-The-Job Training, Virtual Training, Coaching & Mentoring which can be disseminated even to the last mile team. - Responsible for the LMS design, development, implementation, delivery and maintenance of content and keeping a track of learner progress ensuring they meet their performance milestone. - Create/Manage Training Budget, Track/Share Training Records / Reports/Performance. - Create Learning Programs/Initiatives, and measure Training effectiveness. - Collaborate with Business Heads addressing learning issues, instruction problems, or identifying training needs regarding specific employees or departments like conversion for sales team and feedback for a carpenter. - Works closely with business leaders and shows relentless focus in improving customer experience.
