IT Infrastructure support
- Responsible for Identifying business requirements and Design, Deploy, Integrate & Support Airport Servers and datacenters.
- L4 Support for providing resolution to IT infra incidents and problems.
- Ensure that RCA and Corrective/preventive actions prepared and submit to management and implement corrective actions on time.
- Standardization of data center operations by implementing common monitoring tools and SOPs.
- Coordination with SDHs and other departments for improving IT infra Support.
- ITIL Practices - Ensure to follow ITIL practices for provide resolutions to infra Incidents/Problems and Change Management.
- Security solution deployment and ensure that all the Servers are running in virus free environment.
Availability management
- Implementation of centralized monitoring tools
- Common monitoring parameters and thresholds across all the airports
- Ensure DC, Servers &SAN availability
Capacity management
- Responsible to do Analysis of resources utilization - Airport wise.
- Responsible to prepare Capacity management plan-Airport wise.
- Ensure implementation of additional hardware/software/solutions to meet business requirements.
Audits and compliances
- Software Licensing Management.
- IT Security Audit Compliance.
- ISO/Business excellence/Financial.
- Risk Management - Identify risks and implement mitigation actions as per risk treatment plan.
- Conducting BCP activity as per BCP plan.
Tech Refresh project and new initiatives.
- Technical SPOC for CDC-Virtualization & Cloud Implementation - Servers/Storage - Revamping
- Tracking actionable items and ensuring completing milestones as per project schedule.
- Coordinating with vertical leads, Consultants & Vendors and Conducting Review meetings
- Coordinating with concern teams to provide the required information to completion of the projects in-time.
New/Adhoc projects
- New initiatives for operational /business improvements based on data analysis.
- Extending support for innovative initiatives, Airport digitization projects.
- Preparing SOW, RFP Documentation and technical evalutions.
- Design and implementation support.
- New projects take over support.
Team Management :
- Work closely with team and Conducting weekly/monthly reviewing meetings to fulfilling the gaps.
- Drive the team development initiative in alignment with IT Operations.
- Develop technical and behavioral skills of tem members.
- Design training needs and growth plans for eligible subordinates.
- Engage with the team members to motivate and foster teamwork, understand and address concerns and provide a collaborative environment for them to develop.
- Ensure KT among team members.
- Preparing reports, presentations for Management Reviews by Senior management.
Educational Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree/Graduate/Diploma (Diploma candidates requires additional 4 years of experience)
- Certifications (minimum two are mandatory)
- AWS certified solution architect-professional
- Google Cloud solution architect
- VMware certified professional-CMA Cloud management automation or DCV
- MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure certification
- Google professional cloud architect
