Role Context: The Foundation is working with entrepreneurs and other stakeholders in the ecosystem to enable growth through the WF Advantage program, aimed at companies with $1M-$25M revenue. Over a period of 2-3 years, the Foundation will work with chosen companies via workshops, 1:1 personalized coaching and consulting, and by enabling an ecosystem of mentors, growth consultants, functional consultants and service providers. The goal of the Foundation is job creation. Entrepreneurs are the engine of job creation in India and globally. Our hypothesis is that jobs will be created once these businesses grow. After successfully running several cohorts, the Foundation has taken the learnings and come up with a plan to scale the accelerator model. There will be multiple cohorts running at any given time in various cities across India, in chosen sectors like manufacturing, FMCG, and others. Though centrally managed from Bangalore, cohorts will be selected from across India. Responsibilities: - Work with program director and WF management for conceptualizing and running/operating Scalerator cohorts - Oversee outreach efforts for cohort selection - Overall responsibility for outcomes and key deliverables of the participant companies - Provide guidance to the Foundation for building and refining key operating models and processes, benchmarking approaches against other tried and tested models - Improve the program model for the future via continuous business improvement practices - Contribute to Intellectual property creation of the Foundation - Author and publish course content, white papers, thought leadership articles etc. - Build and Strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem comprising of companies, Mentors, Investors, Customers, Service Providers and Partners - To be a key mentor in the ecosystem program Skills and Requirements: Must Have - Consulting with small companies and businesses in the appropriate domain (Manufacturing & FMCG) - A seasoned leader with at least 10 years of experience - Functional skills in one or more of HR, Sales, Finance, Process, Business Planning - Collaborating with high performance teams to execute for consistent results - Resourceful and ability to operate in fast changing environment - MBA/post graduate degree from a reputed institute - Excellent communication and interaction skills Nice-To-Have - Prior experience of running accelerator programs or working in key roles in ecosystem enablement programs will be an advantage Key Benefits - Full ownership and complete flexibility - Work with Foundations- senior leadership
