Role Context : The Transformation Management Consultant will own all activities related to managing change initiatives and implementation projects by tracking metrics, relationship with SME clients, and preparing project update reports to be shared with the client, our ecosystem partners, board and leaders of WF Advantage team. This role is primarily that of a strategy and operations consultant who manages assistance to entrepreneurs and his/ her direct reports on digital tools and the implementation through a PMO (Program Management Office) Responsibilities : Engagement and seeding new topics : - Seed new discussions on relevant topics, industry trends, govt. announcements etc. on the app - Promote various forums - increase participation of SMEs and advisors - Engage with internal teams like marketing and transformation teams to onboard SMEs on the app - Post at least one interesting topic (curated or created) regularly on IndiaSME forum - As required, ghost write for marquee advisors and post new topics on their behalf - Create - Pinned- posts - these will be pinned to the top of the forum for a duration of time. For example, inform users in India or Mexico about an upcoming webinar in their country Make sure Q&amp;A is working well : - Make sure most/all questions posted by SMEs in any of these forums are getting answered, either by WF team or by advisors on the forum - Work with transformation and ecosystem team to actively answer questions - Make sure the quality of answers is good and give feedback to the advisors - Work with the field teams to make sure more SMEs are engaged on the app - Regularly connect with transformation and ecosystem team to share observations like: quality of answers, frequent queries, frequency of response etc. - Moderate the forums. Create guidelines &amp; ensure they are followed for each of the forums Weekly Digests : - Collate most popular topics of the week and create an email digest with (web)links to these topics Monitor the metrics : - Number of new posts, comments, likes, shares - Look for most active advisors every week/month - Look for topics that are seeing most traction and give the content team to create more topics similar to this Qualifications, Skills &amp; Experience : - 6-10 years of experience working with a startup/SME in community/ growth/ marketing related roles - Has proven experience in community-building - Proactive personality and knows how to get things done - Takes ownership and has whatever it takes attitude - Had a practiced ability to go deep into problems and solve at speed - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Enthusiastic about early stage start-ups/SMEs - Understanding of social media best practices and campaigns - Understanding of building and growing diverse communities - Entrepreneurial, with a bias for action. Excellent team player with the ability and desire to collaborate in a multicultural environment - Highly collaborative, with the ability to build effective partnerships with internal teams and external partners, and ability to multitask.
