Program Manager - Office of CEO Role Overview: - The Program Manager will have the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of all WF level programs (strategic and tactical) that are driven by Foundation Management (Founder, CEO, Office of the CEO, etc.) . Roles & Responsibilities: - Collate and track all actions driven by Foundation top management to various programs/geographies - Drive strategic actions and make sure they complete in a timely manner by the respective owners. - Make sure all these are documented, tracked and completed (to desired output) - For strategic programs, ensure that a solid project plan is created and executed to. Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress - Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget - Ensure resource availability and allocation - Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques - Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders - Manage resources and coordinate third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects - Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels - Track WF performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals - Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members - Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs - Send communication proactively and effectively to all to keep information flow - Select, use and promote tools to knowledge share, action track, project plan, collaborate Skills & Experience: - Proven working experience in Program management - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skill - Exceptional organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus - Experience with PM tools like Clarizen, JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint, Slack, Trello etc. - Efficient in creating Power Point deck for senior leadership - Strong follow up skills with and ability to push leaders and their teams to document plan measure and progress - Ability to proactively spot risk of delays - Ability to spot interdependencies - Should know what's important and what is not - Sense of urgency - Skill to know when to expedite and when decelerate if quality is suffering - Bachelor's Degree, ideally Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
