Role context: - We intend to support the healthcare sector in this pandemic by training 1 million healthcare workers in the country on Covid 19 and other information related to pandemic. Train Asha and Anganwadi, GDA - Nursing aide, Covid volunteers, Police personnel, Frontline healthcare workers, Home healthcare with 1.5 hours to 12 hours program in 3 different modes of delivery, all technology driven. - The Program Head will be responsible to manage and lead this program and team. He/She will work with the partners and government to support engagements and networking with the experts in Healthcare industry Roles and Responsibilities: - Drive all the above job roles to achieve 1 million healthcare workers in India by April 2022. - To partner with Center and State Government bodies to drive the program. - To acquire database of all the job roles listed above. - Drive the program consumption among the registered participants. - Achieve the impact and outcome parameters. - Taking the healthcare domain program to the above segment. - Drive the 21st century employability program in this sector. - Work with the industry partners in the healthcare domain and provide content/segment inputs the development team. - Design and manage partnerships, developing long term strategic plans for the program. - Provide subject matter expertise to the internal L&amp;D team. - Clarify and develop understanding of the team goals and vision within the teams and ensure that programs designed and implemented are in line with the same. - Plan for regular opportunities to identify lessons learned and implications for the projects next steps. Qualifications, Skills &amp; Experience: - 12 to 15 year of experience in the healthcare domain with expertise in training. - Proven track record in driving healthcare missions with the government. - Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and roles in healthcare. - Drive team to achieve the goals and mission of the organization. - Good Industry contact in the healthcare domain. - Excellent leadership and project management skills. - Have a keen interest in innovation in healthcare, be entrepreneurial, and adapt to varying situations and organizational requirements. - Leading project work streams and working autonomously with minimal direction - Communicating effectively (written and verbal) to various situations and audiences - Professional and Educational Background: Bachelors/MBA degree. - Strong vendor and partners management skills - Strong Presentation and Communication skills.
