Wadhwani Foundation - Growth Content Manager (5-8 yrs)

Role Context:

The Growth Content Manager will leverage his/her experience of Management Consulting and domain knowledge to create a strong suite of outcome based curricula and initiatives (mostly in growth related areas) for different personas of SMEs. The initiatives would be a mix of DIY and assisted initiatives. He/she will interact with implementation teams and provide support to them by assisting with process and domain expertise. Working under the guidance of senior team members, he/she will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

- Diagnosing the growth related problems faced by the SME and creating appropriate learning solutions that outline the areas for improvement, priorities, impact, and implementation roadmap

- Building action oriented Do It Yourself (DIY) tools and initiatives for key problem statements

- Creating a program architecture that will enable the effective coordination and monitoring of the engagement/ transformation journey of the project

- Ensuring of content writing, documentation, supporting materials, and project plans updated and readily available for senior leaders

- Creating instructional content including tools/templates, presentations, simulations, guides and assessments

- Working with other instructional designers as needed to ensure courses are developed according to schedule and our curriculum and course content is up-to-date based on established processes for review and revision

- Driving the development of programs that incorporate overall objectives of the initiative

- Developing and maintaining interactive and innovative learning solutions that drive measurable results for the business and guarantee that those solutions are instructionally sound and are up to the businesss quality standards

- Focus on Business Strategy, Growth Strategy, Market Assessment, Competitive Analysis and Portfolio Analysis.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

- 5-8 years of management consulting experience across variety of clients including SME clients on Business Strategy, Growth Strategy, Market Assessment, Competitive Analysis, Portfolio Analysis.

- Good academic pedigree. Bachelor's, plus Masters degree (MBA or equivalent) in appropriate field of study

- Understanding of the principles and frameworks used in management consulting, knowledge of change management methodologies and performance metrics

- Must demonstrate willingness to travel and the ability to meet committed deadlines

- Process oriented thinking & ability to advise clients on digital tools

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, presentation, excel modeling skills is critical

- Must demonstrate sense of urgency

- Highly organized and adaptable to changing priorities
