Role Context:

Will be responsible for researching, collating, creating, and maintaining high-quality learning curricula to achieve the goals of increasing awareness, knowledge, and skills of government officials in myriad domains of technology and policy, with a special focus on new-age technology.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable Curriculum and Instructional Design skills for Virtual and Digital learning as well as content development. The candidate should perform well under pressure and be analytical and detail-oriented. Additional advantages would be a technology background and/or experience with working on technology learning domains, as well as experience with working with the Government Sector.

Curriculum & Instructional Design:

- Work with technology practitioners and experts to give make High-level curriculum design documents with Outcomes, Course Map, Course Overview, Duration.

- Design Facilitator and Master Trainer programs for the same

- Research cutting edge technology content areas to source new and relevant content for the target audience

- Testing and Validation of Design; Evaluation - Outcome-based content effectiveness and learning experience analysis

- Research, produce and deliver high-quality learning assets like training decks, facilitator guides, learner guides, assessments, and other supporting content

- Manage content on a regular basis to ensure content updates and uploads to the platform app

- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills

- Experience in B2B apps, knowledge management, content management on the platform app

Project & Vendor/Partner Management

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of project management skills and content design and development

- Manage multiple Academy content projects simultaneously and liaise with the stakeholders to understand project requirements

- Take full responsibility for assigned projects from the design phase to handover learning intervention to the execution, and then on to data collection on usage, quality, feedback, etc.

- Manage outsourced trainers, the network of authors, different vendors, and their team. Ensure that they are delivering projects on time and in the given cost structure

- Monitor all stages of production and frequently review the developed content to ensure the highest standards of process adherence and output quality

- Plan internal quality reviews and subsequent updates of products prior to delivery to ensure good quality of all deliverables to clients

- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder relationship management skills

- Ability to benchmark trends in digital content and customize strategy swiftly, ability to align resources

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

- A Master's Degree in Science, or B.E., or Education/Instructional Design

- 10 -15 years of relevant work experience in Curriculum and Learning design

- Awareness and deep knowledge of cutting edge technologies that impact governance and policy

- Experience in working with (or in) the government sector

Technical skills (essential):

- Hands-on experience with Office tools, and WordPress, and other sophisticated technologies for authoring, editing, publishing, and sharing/ learning

- Experience in using and creating content for Virtual Learning platforms, MOOCs etc.

Skills (optional but preferred)

- MS Excel skills, charts

- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
