Distinct from the venture capital and accelerator approach, our venture studio will be closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new business. After the start-up shows early traction, we will recruit the right talent, scale the technology, and raise capital from outside investors. The venture studio's employees can decide to continue in the studio to work on a new start-up or chose to work with the portfolio company founded. Details Position: Growth Marketing Manager Experience: 6-10 Years Location: Mumbai/Delhi CTC: Competitive, as per industry standards with high growth ESOPs in Venture Studio Operating Companies Responsibilities: What's the difference between marketing and growth marketing? You will get to focus on the full funnel, not just the top of the funnel. You will get to identify marketing channels, solutions, ideas that will efficiently drive new customers to the new venture and increase revenue. Marketing Strategy - Collaborate with various stakeholders in the Studio and new Venture to create the short-term and long term marketing strategy - Define the brand personality and tailor it to target users - Identify the right channels and user persona for acquisition - Create, manage, and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns through A/B testing - Create innovative methods for patient education - Unlock new growth hacks in accordance with different growth stages of the company Digital Marketing - Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement. - Manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and drive content creation for the new venture - Create and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Manage SEO, SEM, SMM, etc.) - Work closely with the product teams to optimize the conversion funnel across platforms.
