Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of react, express.js, mongodb, mysql, elasticsearch, kafka etc

- Able to understand Vymo product and train people on it

- Able to read code base and explain that to new hires

- Collaborate with various tech leaders and managers to identify training gaps

- Collaborate with the L&D manager to create and execute technical training programs

- Create content for technical training programs

- Create assessments and practice exercises for technical training programs

- Facilitate classroom/zoom training sessions (theoretical and practical) and be comfortable speaking to crowds

- Able to break down complex concepts into simple easy to understand and retain formats

- Able to handhold or tutor individuals needing special guidance in technical roles

- Conduct technical competency mapping exercises across the organization to create a benchmark for training, hiring, etc.

- Create a technical training calendar and curriculum

- Schedule and program manage technical training programs

- Create and run feedback surveys

- Program manage the entire training

- Assess the effectiveness of training programs by measuring appropriate performance metrics

- Be able to engage the audience and elicit responses in classroom/zoom training sessions
