Job Description: Business Operations Specialist

Vymo is looking for a Business Operations Specialist who has experience specifically in SaaS business model on the contracts, billing and collections. This position will report to and work closely with VP Sales Operations and will be responsible right from contracting, billing and Cash collection and performing general administrative tasks to facilitate the entire Contract to Cash Process

- The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented self-starter with a demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges, respond efficiently, and remain flexible when dealing with changing priorities and multiple tasks. This person must be able to maintain professional discretion with sensitive and highly confidential information. Responsibilities:

Contracting : 

- Reviewing and validate Customer Documents like LOI, PO, MSA, NDA & SLA etc.

- Identify the gaps which is against Vymo as per the Vymo Standard MSA Template and raise flag to the respective folks for negotiation and closure.

- Identify and Communicate with spocs of the customers and understand the Contracting, billing and collection process at customer end.

- Prepare and review Partnership and vendor agreement

- Interact with Client's & Vymo legal team and address their gaps with right justification and take it to closure.

- Monitor and track changes; of the documents review and negotiation

- Must be able to understand and interpret the services being offered within our agreements or know who to contact if there are questions

- Must stay current on international laws and industry standards

- Assist in the development of new and maintenance of existing agreement templates

- Maintain an online repository of customer agreement and hardcopy.

- Analyze and report on specific risks associated with contracts

- Track the renewals and alert 3 months ahead of end date.

Billing: 

- Entering all the billing data in SFDC relating to booking, billing and Contract.

- Generate billing report for raising invoice

- Generate Invoice through the billing tool and despatch to the customer

- Generate monthly user count details and user list details and share the same with customers to arrive the accurate expansion numbers.

- Ensure Invoicing done on time for both new booking, expansion and CR

- Generate Monthly User Count for expansion business

- Ensure to get the relevant signoff from the customers for Go live and Customisation.

Bookings to MRR/CR : 

- Creating the Jira Ticket

- Ensuring the Process as per Playbook

- Provide Regular Project update and raise red alert

Collections : 

- Ensuring the Invoice reach on time

- Follow up for Collection

- Ensure Receivables on time

- Ensure the DSO within acceptable Norms

MIS & Reporting : 

- Booking Report

- Billing Report

- MRR report

- Incentive Computations

- Receivables Report

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in contract negotiation and redlining, preferably at a Software/SaaS company

- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills

- Familiarity of the legal requirements involved in SaaS contracts and an ability to review complex legal language

- Previous experience of Customer Invoicing

- Sense of priorities and stress-resistance

- Knowledge of accounting and data capture systems

- Strong sense of personal initiative and excellent time management ability

- Ability to prioritize and multitask

- Able to work independently

- Reliable, trustworthy and able to maintain the confidentiality of information

- Strong attention to detail
