- Achieving targets related to market share, reach, Addressability, volume etc.
- To develop and manage effectively sales distribution network to meet business objectives
- Assessment & Appointment of right Dealers & Distributors after thorough screening, Good network to dealer and distributor and channel network.
- Handling Key Multi brand outlets
- Brand promotion
- Maintain commercial discipline in sales
Job Description :
- Deliver sales target (primary/secondary/tertiary) through distribution channel
- Driving sales by mentoring Distributor/Retailer to enhance performance
- Ensure availability of stock at retailers
- Execute promotional activities for channel partner
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales target achievement Volume and Value Key contractor enrolment, and activation.
- Key Retailer and Key Contractor mapping in assigned territory through team of TEs.
- Key retailer activation through key contractor/TR activity.
- Achieving Primary/Secondary/Tertiary sales objectives in the assigned zone & driving BTL Activities within budget.
- Maintaining right product mix for profitability as prescribed from time to time.
- Review of activities and action plan to drive volume and value sales.
