We are hiring for Operation Manager(FMCG Industry).
Experience : 5 to 7 Years.
Candidate must have Experience of FMCG Industry Preference as Luxuaries Chocolates.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Making Long term and Short-Term Goals for business development of Company
- Coordinating between Company and Field Staff
- Making Business plans and strategies
- Review and Analysis of implementation of business plans and strategies
- Forecasting accuracy for Sales and Inventory planning/control
- Reviewing monthly, quarterly, and yearly sale of zone.
- Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship
- Market review of new products and services
- Also Know about Finance, Logistics and Sales also.
- Regular attending monthly, quarterly, and yearly meetings of company
- Keeping up to date about company products, services, and schemes.
- Monitoring activities, products, and services of competitors
- Conceptualize strategic business plan that expands company's customer base
- Present relevant sales & operations reports and forecasts to the management team.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Should have excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Should have track record of growing the organisation.
