Key Deliverables :

- Developing, implementing and maintaining adequate systems of Financial and Management Accounting and internal financial reporting.

- Conducting analysis and formulating business plans/strategies for maximizing profitability and revenue generation and realize organizational goals.

- Formulating finance and operational budgets and continuously tracking performance against the same by real time MIS systems and taking corrective action on observed deviations.

- Formulating of final accounts and getting internal as well as statutory audits done for the organisation.

- Preparing tax plans and ensuring adherence to compliance calendar pertaining to all direct and indirect taxes and other corporate tax laws.

- Budgeting & Controlling, budget monitoring in order to monitor progress and present financial metrics both internally and externally.

- Financial Planning, MIS, Budgeting, Cash Flows.

- Responsible for statutory compliances of company

- Identify revenue, manage costs in order to achieve the desired EBITDA

- Reviewing / preparing financial reports for the Co and tax computations / compliance etc.
