1. We are looking for a Business Manager to manage and develop brand business where VRP is the Authorised National Distributor. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future. VRP focuses on building differentiated enablers for each of the brands business they manage in line with brand requirements or pain points. Candidate must be able to operate independently with hands on approach and acute focus on business details and commercials.
2. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all matters business and channel dynamics. They will be responsible for designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals, ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities.
The goal will be
- To ensure the profitability of our company's activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success.
- Build / acquire additional avenues of business in the brands he manages.
3. Strategic cost planning in terms of sales schemes and support
4. Understanding of operations & areas where improvements can be driven
5. Strong skills in planning and implementing sales strategies and guiding teams to achieve sales targets in the assigned region.
6. Proficient in managing Business & Sales operations, market analysis, development of new markets and market segments and Schemes/Incentives planning
7. Expertise in Dealer / Retailer Management and Development; planning & implementing integrated marketing solutions and different sales strategies.
8. To ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners
9. To prepare a Financial Plan for the coming sales targets as per the management requirement
