VPG WALP - Executive Director - Marketing & Sales (5-15 yrs)
Job Description:-
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Develop sales channels selling into dealer market, special retail markets and school market.
- Direct product line having e-books, on-line products, whiteboard software, and printed materials.
- Provide management and leadership expertise to coordinate sales efforts.
- Ensure sales representatives perform as per expectations and attain sales targets.
- Support and help sales executives to close sales if required.
- Participate in meetings and conferences, prepare special quotes and respond to customers for improving sales.
- Supports sales by giving presentations, following up on sales leads and creating special accounts.
- Develop professional close relations and maintain regular communication with reps, customers and internal staff.
- Represent company at trade shows, associations and meetings to promote products and programs.
- Identify customer needs, develop collateral and determine product pricing and discount rates.
- Provide support for growing international sales efforts.
- Plan and execute annual sales meeting.
- Develop and implement facility sales and marketing strategy.
- Develop and maintain an external network of peers and customers.
- You should have in-depth knowledge of Sales and Marketing Potential candidates should be able to multitask and communicate with staff members to ensure accuracy, quality and teamwork. They should know how to hire employees to complete various tasks, providing set schedules and training for both staff members and managers.
