Leasing Director - Industrial/Warehouses The role of the Sales &amp; Leasing Director includes Business Development, Marketing for the Industrial Real Estate Portfolio, Sourcing and Negotiation of Land and Building Leases, Pricing and Sales Strategy, Lease Execution and Renewal. Main responsibilities: - Define and implement short and long- term marketing strategy. - Define and implement short and long- term Sales and Leasing strategies. - Analysis of market data and preparation of real estate reports for market demand and annual rent levels, historical data, and market comparisons. - Development of sales forecasts through an analysis of economics, market trends, legislation, sales data, etc. - Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the UAE &amp; GCC industrial real estate industry. - Prepare sales budgets and maintain controls to assure compliance. - Review sales data, expenses, advertising and promotional expenses and analyse variances and initiate corrective action as required. - Engage the business community, Government, industry and professional associations to create new contacts and generate new business. - Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building. - Manage a CRM database of current and prospective clients including their parent companies. - Manage the design, production, and publication of marketing materials (digital and physical). - Manage the sales &amp; leasing team and external marketing consultants. - Other duties may be assigned We are VPG Walp- Warehousing and Logistics Park, we are launching the biggest Warehousing and logistic park in India.
