VP - Technology Product Management - Healthcare

Position Summary:

- Responsible for End to End process of Product development, Product Analysis, Solution architect.

- Oversee and manage the software development product lifecycle.

- Work with clients to understand their business needs and determine how emerging digital technologies can be leveraged to solve the business problems.

- Conduct capability maturity assessment, gap analysis and help client in designing digital transformation implementation roadmap.

- Drive continuous improvement opportunity projects to drive productivity or reducing process cycle time

- Manage end-to-end project delivery and work closely with vendors for project planning and execution.

- Take ownership of manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk of the project/ program.

- Effectively manage project change requests

- Collaborate with the product owner to develop a product vision for the new product.

- Analyze the complete competitive landscape to see what competitors are doing in the market.

- Analyze trend reports, industry content, market statistics, sales data, user stories, mockups, and metrics to come up with a working strategy.

- Manage the development process and the team members to ensure a quick and efficient product launch.

- Work on the prioritization of new features based on usability, functionality, and user experience.

- Maintain a complete backlog of all the activities, processes, and workflows of all the relevant teams, stakeholders, and any external influencers and consultants.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- 15 to 20 years experience specifically Healthcare industry preferred

- Good understanding of emerging digital technologies such as dot net, Cloud, Analytics, quality, RPA, AI/ ML, UI Path, Opensource etc.

- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in managing at end-to-end digital transformation project.

- Experience in requirement product design, analysis and solution design

- Experience of the product vision, product launch, and other concepts is required.

- Need to have excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder communication. That includes working with cross-functional teams and managing all of them simultaneously.

- Require interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.

Educational Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in software development, computer science, or product management, or a related field.
