 Description - The role is that of a VP- Tech Ops & Delivery. The incumbent will be leading the Delivery Function, managing P&L, gross margins, customer satisfaction, etc. Looking for Practice Leads who have led a 25 million+ portfolio and have some experience in the Education Sector (ideally).

Our client is a leading IT Software organization, developing products and services for their clients in the US and EU. Their setup in India has approximately 700 technology professionals.

Location: Mumbai or Kolkata

Description : 

- Lead the Delivery function: team of Directors, AVPs, etc.

- Ensure timely delivery of all projects

- Works collaboratively with all peers to ensure organizational goals are met

- Manage P&L and gross margins

- Lead Customer relations and management at the organization level

- Responsible for managing any scope change and convert this to revenue from the customer

- Help grow the business

Profile : 

- B.Tech/BE/MS in Computer Science

- At least 17+ years of experience

- Prior experience of leading a Practice for clients based in US

- Experience leading a 500+ member team

- Strong Experience in handling Application Development and Maintenance projects

- Excellent people management and leadership skills

- Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of employees ranging from entry level to senior leadership
