VP - Technology Controls Testing Lead - Technology/Information & Security Domain - Financial Services

Person Specification :

- Hands on Managerial experience into IS Audits and/or IT Audits (ITACs & ITGCs) and/or GRC (Governance, Risk & Controls)

- Analytical approach and proven ability to manage issues through to resolution

- Strong team management, project management, analytical and organisation skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across a global team

- Ability to successfully multitask and complete assignments with varying lead times

- Ability to manage a team and driving the delivery to successful closure

- Self-starter

- Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:

- Hands on experience on technology control testing (ITGC, Cyber and application Controls) execution and delivery of control testing reviews

- Extensive knowledge of technology risk and control including relevant tools and techniques

- Depth of knowledge of key areas in technology risk, including operations, change, security, resilience at both application and infrastructure layers etc.

- Extensive knowledge and experience in one or more of the following fields IT audit, IT Risk and Control, IT security

- Understanding of the Banks goals, direction and strategy and how risk in Technology has an impact on the wider organisation

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:

- This role requires extensive knowledge and working experience in Technology, Information, and Security domain.

- Relevant professional certification (CISA, CISSP etc.) or equivalent (optional)

- Knowledge or IS/IT Risks & Controls and respective Standards / Frameworks (e.g. OCTAVE, COBIT, ITIL)

- Practical experience in Build-The-Bank or Run-The-Bank environments

- Practical experience in Technology Infrastructure or Technology Operations or Development environment roles

- Understanding of Financial Services Industry and its businesses landscape
