Position: Post Sales & Deputy Business Head
Responsibilities
1. Anchor post sales / business solutioning for Central Banks across the globe
2. Develop a strong understanding of the competitive offerings and key value propositions from competition
3. Drive product strategy, innovation, help in presales and product P&L
4. Work with regional sales teams for business expansion
5. Collaborate with regional delivery teams for solution and domain consulting
6. Promote business internally and externally, monitoring market trends and building industry profile
7. Manage a dynamic team of experts to deliver best in class solutions for Central Banks
Required Abilities :
1. Extensive global experience in PnL ,Presales and Business Development
2. Experience in Core/Central Banking is Mandatory
3. Should have a strong customer management skills
4. Strategic and horizon thinking
5. High degree of Business and Industry knowledge and Strong bias for action with a key focus on business growth
6. Strong leadership skills to drive a diverse team of individuals
