We are hiring for IT product company in banking.

VP and SVP levels

1. Pure Engineering profile ( blue collared doc - specialist doctor )

- How to make the product worked

- Tech related

- Product / product feature related

- creating new product - design

2. Manufacturing Head - managing doctor

- Can run the hospital !

- ( Planning & monitoring ) - release process

- so ultra release profiles will be manufacturing

- release centric

3. Natural choice : - TCS Baancs, Temenos, Finacle,

Can also look at Implementation with a passion for release mgmt

3. Productising mind set.

Relevant Experience:

1. Proven hands-on experience managing complex, mission-critical solutions involving current technology stacks (14+ years of relevant experience)

2. Sound knowledge on product design, product development, release management, change control, solution architecture, performance tuning, deployment architecture, software testing and Dev-ops automation

3. Good grasp of various technologies and their usage, JEE, Oracle, HTML5 in particular - mobility, analytics & cloud understanding would be desirable

4. Prior exposure working in a Core Banking Product is a definite plus

5. Exposure to financial technology domain is a must

6. Root cause analysis of product issues, defect pattern / anti-pattern identification

7. Exposure to one or more of SCRUM / Kanban / SCRUM-ban highly desirable

8. This position will manage a team of about 4 - 6 leads, organized as 1 led : 5 product engineers as a self-contained team for day-to-day deliverables; hence team management, very close deliverable tracking and rework elimination are very essential needs
