KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : - Leadership Assessment & Development, Competency Structure Design, Scaling up newly launched channels with Training & skill development interventions, Top Team Alignment Workshops, Executive Coaching, Learning Content design, HR Transformation, Rollout of AI based engagement platforms, Augmenting of HR Analytics cell catering to data analysis methodologies, and management reporting. - Mid & senior management capability development programme - productivity/ competency assessment, content design, facilitation, coaching with business heads leading to improvement in various service scores. - Project Management of Learning Management System integration with new organization focus on - Customer Centricity- Organization Diagnostic, capability/competency assessment, Gap assessment and programme content design, delivery, system integration & impact Assessment - HR analytics & management reporting Set up the descriptive analytics cell. To test talent hypotheses and providing recommendations to the CHRO, HRBPs for customised action planning. - Annual engagement/mood survey - survey design, rollout, data assessment & action planning across channels. - Co-design and Roll-out of AI based employee life cycle engagement platform - segment/ lifecycle-based questionnaire design, pilot testing, data assessment, analytics platform design and action planning. - Operations &service channel Integration - channel productivity diagnostic, channel distribution structure design, Training and skill development and subsequent implementation- leading to increase productivity. - HR Transformation exercise: manpower assessment and planning, succession planning, design of performance management system, training and skill development plan - Leadership Development (programme management) - Organizational competency design & leadership assessment - Competency assessment, career pathways design channels -Succession planning and talent management programme design and implementation - Behavioural Change Management facilitator
