VP/SVP - Investment Banking (10-15 yrs)
- Deal Origination, deal ideation, pitch book management, team management, end to end deal closure.
Role: Private capital raise in BFSI
- Strong origination skills, strong BFSI relationships.
Relevant Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Prior experience in raising capital from PE/VC or M&A would be preferred
- Excellent research, quantitative and analytical skills
- Any prior transaction origination experience would be viewed favorably
- Intermediate financial modeling and advanced power point skills
Candidate's Profile:
- Candidate must have10years years of investment banking or PE/VC
- Prior investment banking experience required, with preference given to experience at top tiered boutique firms and candidates in the big 4 advisory firms
- Must be presentable, have good communication skills with effective attention to details
- Good communication skills with a "can do" attitude
-Team Handling skills
Qualification: Post-graduate; Preferably (CA/MBA in Finance)
Reporting To: Managing Director
Salary Bandwidth: Depending on candidate's background and experience
