VP/SVP - HR Business Partner - Bank - IIM/MDI/ISB

This is regarding job opening with one of the leading banks for HRBP Corporate- Delhi

Manpower Planning :

- Manpower planning strategy and budgeting in partnership with business

- Preparing strategy for talent availability and continuity plan

Talent Acquisition:

- Managed end to end recruitment for Corporate Unit vertical across North and East region.

- Reviewing and screening applications through various sources

- Based on projected manpower responsible for lateral hiring/ campus hiring and walk in strategies and execution.

- Conduct HR Interviews for the shortlisted candidates along with the Business Heads

- Offer discussions/negotiations and closing the offers by providing industry best compensation

- Keep a tab on the hiring mix by hiring from cost effective channels

- Maintain the Employee Referral channels and Internal Job Posting for Corporate Finance

- Conducting Recruitment Drives as per the Business criticality

Performance Management:

- Managing the Annual Performance Review process for the mapped business

- Identifying the parameters of performance and setting up the KPI's and Driving Annual Performance Management for employee

- Facilitated sessions for Line Managers on how to conduct performance conversations

Employee Engagement :

- Conducting monthly and quarterly employee engagement initiative

- Conducting induction sessions, post joining and on-boarding activities.

- Engaging employees for internal referral programme.-
