Head of Operations - Transfer Agency - Executive Director

Our client is a leading global Asset services and asset management firm are driven by a desire to bring new ideas and improve the business performance. They are keen on meeting experienced VP / Sr. VP level individual to lead the Transfer Agency operations in India.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Being a key contributor to the Operations Management team

- Lead projects within the transfer agency department and ensure day to day deliverables are met

- Responsible for operational risk, operations control, process quality and improvement for all locations servicing offshore clients in India

- Develop new business relationships and procedures for new products and services

- Provide leadership, training and development to a team.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- 15 - 17 years of experience in the fund administration industry

- Extensive transfer agency operations and process control experience is a must

- Experience in managing sizeable teams

- The ability to lead and develop a team as well as work effectively with senior management levels

- Strong communication and presentation skills and experience in working directly with clients.
